Registering for ChiliPLoP 2011

After reviewing the current list of Hot Topics, you must email your Hot Topic leader requesting permission to join that group. After you have been accepted to your Hot Topic, the group leader will send you the URL of the registration page. This page will give information about how to register.

Everyone who plans to attend ChiliPLoP must perform a two-step registration process. Step I involves filling out and submitting the registration form. Then, in Step II, you will be prompted to print out, fill in, and fax a credit card form to complete the registration. The credit card will be charged upon receipt.

The early registration fee for ChiliPLoP 2011 is $500 for double occupancy or $650 for single occupancy through 9-April-2011 ($150 late registration on or after 9-April). Guest fees are $300. The cost for a commuter participant is $300 for the conference period. This includes meals, taxes, transportation, and service charges.

This fee includes:

• Conference Costs

• Three nights lodging (double occupancy 500 USD or single for 650 USD)

• Meals (box meal the first night through lunch on the last day) Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner

• Transportation from and to Sky Harbor Aiport in Phoenix
  

Attendees should plan to arrive on the first day of todging (Monday 9-May-2011) to sign in. The room check-in time is 3:00 pm, Depart after lunch on the last day (Thursday 12-May, 2011).

All meals from box meal on Monday night through lunch on Thursday are included.

The technical program begins Tuesday morning and runs until noon on Thursday.

Registration fees will be processed upon receipt. If you need to cancel your reservation after 15-April-2011, there will be a $50 cancellation charge. No refund will be given after this date, including 'no shows.' Registration may be transferred with written approval.

Hot Topic Leader

If you have been accepted as a participant in a Hot Topic, get the  registration url from your Hot Topic leader and check the Hot Topic box.  enter the Hot Topic in the text box.

Arrival at the Conference

We are still in the process of arranging shuttle service from and back to Sky Harbor Airport. Check back here for further information.

Check in is available Monday, after 15:00. If you arrive before check-in, you may be able to get into your room, if it is ready, but please don't count on this! Before the check-in time, you can stroll and eat lunch in the town of Carefree at your own expense. Shops and such are very close by.

Special arrangements must be made in advance if you expect to arrive at the LRC after 21:00 as the doors are locked at this time.
