Registration Form To register for VikingPLoP 2006 please fill out the registration form. We are selling the remaining vacant rooms on a first come first served base. We have plenty free spaces at the time of writing, but if you wait too long, they might have been sold to others.
The "Conference Participant" price includes
The price excl. accomodation is intended for people who live close to Højstrupgård and would prefer to sleep at home instead of having a room at Højstrupgård The price for "Accompanying person" is for an adult person sharing a double room with someone paying the "Conference Participant" fee. If both are participating in the conference programmee, then the 4700 kr price applies. If the accompanying person wishes to leave Højstrupgård during the day eg. to be a tourist, one of the cheaper prices applies. If you will be bringing children, please inform us of their age. There are fields on the registration form for this. We will get back to you with the exact price and conditions based on this information. If you have any special requests regarding your children, please inform us in the comments box on the registration page. Vegetarian food is available upon request. It does not affect the price. You have to request vegetarian food on the registration form in order to get it. If you have any special food requirements due to allergies etc. please inform us by describing your wishes or needs in the comment box of the registration form. We will get back to you regarding availability and conditions. Student Scholarships Depending on the level of sponsorship we get, there will be a few student scholarships availavle. Such a scholarship covers the conference fee, so the only expense the student or his/her university or school has to pay is travel expenses to and from Højstrupgård. Student scholarships can be awarded to students who has a paper or a focus group accepted for the conference, and who has difficulties attending the conference without a scholarship. Contect the chairs if you are interested in being awarded a student scholarship.
