A prospective Hot Topic Leader must contact the acting Program Chair Eugene Wallingford for this year's conference. You should provide the chair with the Hot Topic Idea as well as have a few core participators in mind. These are people who have a distinct interest in your discussion, as well as people you have contacted and who have agreed to attend.
