ChiliPLoP®Registration

Registering for ChiliPLoP 2009
After reviewing
the current list of Hot Topics,
you
must email your Hot Topic leader requesting permission to join
that group. After you have been accepted to your Hot
Topic, the group leader will send you the URL of the registration page.
This page will
give
information
about how to register.
Everyone who plans to attend ChiliPLoP must perform a two-step
registration process. Step I involves filling out and submitting the
registration form. Then, in Step II, you will be prompted to print out,
fill in, and fax a credit card form to complete the registration. The
credit card will be charged upon receipt.
The fee for ChiliPLoP 2007 is $650 prior to 4/March/2009 ($750 late registration). Guest fees are $300. The cost for a commuter participant is $300 for the conference period. This includes meals, taxes, and service charges. All participants will arrange transportation at their own cost.
This fee includes:
- Conference Costs
- Your own room
- Meals (dinner the first night through lunch on the last day) Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, continuous snacks and beverages
Attendees should plan to arrive on the first
day of the conference (Sunday 4-April- 2009) to sign in. The room
check-in time is 3:00 pm, but you may arrive earlier to tour Carefree.
Depart after lunch on
the last day (Wednesday 8-April, 2009).
All meals from dinner Sunday night through lunch on Wednesday are included.
The technical program begins Monday morning and runs until noon on Wednesday.
Registration fees will be processed upon
receipt. If you need to cancel your reservation after 4-March-2008,
there will be a $50 cancellation charge. No refund will be given after
this date, including 'no shows.' Registration may be transferred with
written approval.
Hot Topic Leader
If you have been accepted as a participant in
a Hot Topic, get the registration url from your Hot Topic leader
and check the Hot Topic box. enter the Hot Topic in the
text box.

Arrival at the Conference
At the Sky Harbor Airport, shuttles are
available to bring you to the hotel. However, the cost of this shuttle
will be the participant's responsibility. Get driving directions to the retreat.

pool or share a Super Shuttle for ChiliPLoP.
Check in is Sunday, after 15:00. If you arrive before check-in, you may be able to get into your room, if it is ready, but please don't count on this! Before the check-in time, you can stroll and eat lunch in the town of Carefree at your own expense. Shops and such are very close by.
On the first night,
we will go out for dinner at 18:00 Sunday in the town
of Carefree.
Special arrangements must
be made in advance if you expect to arrive at the LRC after 22:00 as
the doors are locked at this time. Allow an estimate of 90 minutes from
your plane arrival time for baggage pick-up and the shuttle journey.
