Registering for ChiliPLoP 2012

After reviewing the current list of Hot Topics, you must email your Hot Topic leader requesting permission to join that group. After you have been accepted to your Hot Topic, the group leader will send you the URL of the registration page. This page will give information about how to register.

Everyone who plans to attend ChiliPLoP must perform a two-step registration process. Step I involves filling out and submitting the registration form. Then, in Step II, you will be prompted to print out, fill in, and fax a credit card form to complete the registration. The credit card will be charged upon receipt.

Conference registration includes conference activities, opening and closing dinner, and Afternoon in the Park event. Early Bird (before Feb 29): $345. After Feb 29: $395. Conference registration site: http://www.hillside.net/chiliplop

This fee includes:

• Conference Costs

• Three nights lodging

• Meals (box meal the first night through lunch on the last day) Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner

• Transportation from and to Sky Harbor Aiport in Phoenix

Attendees should plan to arrive on the first day of lodging to sign in. The room check-in time is 3:00 pm, Depart after lunch on the last day.

Registration fees will be processed upon receipt. If you need to cancel your reservation after 15-March-2011, there will be a $50 cancellation charge. No refund will be given after this date, including 'no shows.' Registration may be transferred with written approval.

Hot Topic Leader

If you have been accepted as a participant in a Hot Topic, get the  registration url from your Hot Topic leader and check the Hot Topic box.  enter the Hot Topic in the text box.

Getting There

Albuquerque is the nearest major airport. American Eagle has daily flights to Santa Fe (about 60 miles closer).

Rental cars are available in both Albuquerque and Santa Fe.

An airport shuttle will be arranged—leaving ABQ at 3:30 PM Saturday and leaving LV at 6:30 AM Tuesday.

We will coordinate car-pooling if people provide need, availability, and arrival / departure information
