PLoP 2006 Shepherded Papers

Notes on Paper 11: ACCEPTED

Here is my recommendation for pattern 11 (Mahfouz, Barroca,
Laney,Nussbeih):

--This work is about service-oriented architecture, an important topic
with few patterns until now. The proposed collection of patterns for
information exchange appears to have good significance for this area.

--The paper was in relatively good shape at the start and did not
require drastic changes.

--The authors listened to my suggestions and incorporated most of the
suggested changes or gave reasons to stick with their way. Their
attitude was very positive and tried to understand the proposed
changes.

--They produced three versions in which the paper clearly improved.

In summary, I recommend acceptance, I think this paper will produce
interesting discussions at the conference.
