PLoP 2006 Shepherded Papers

Notes on Paper 17: REJECTED

Sadly, I have to say that James, Dirk, and
Brian's paper on Object Creation is not yet ready
for a workshop. The paper is sound in structure
and ideas, but they just haven't had the time to
refine it to a state of readiness. They are
cooperative in principle and willing to listen,
of course, but it has been a difficult process
with distance and general business. I recommend
that it be rejected.

If a new version should turn up in the next day
or so, I'll give it a look and revise this if I
think warranted, but go on the assumption that it
won't/can't be.

I've included the latest version. All I have is the doc file.
