Notes on Paper 18:

*Patterns for Agile Practice Adoption, from Amr
I had a problem of time shepherding this paper, and we desynchronize a little, me and the authors, so the paper was not improved as it would be possible if I had more time when the revisions was concluded by the authors. I think the paper submitted needed major rework, and the initial suggestions have spent a lot of time, and the second revision was probably sent to me after 20th July, when I departed to holidays, out of office and internet. My suggestion is Abstention if the second revision was sent, and Not Accept to workshop if the second revision was not sent.
