PLoP 2006 Shepherded Papers

Notes on Paper 33:

I am sorry for the delay in responding -- I have been in the Middle
East and things have been a bit unstable there, and busy. I have been
flown back to Europe for a couple of days but am on my way back to the
Mediterranean. Much of the busy-ness has been unanticipated, and I
apologize for kind of falling off the end of the earth.

I in fact lost your last Email in all the transitions, but remember
that you asked the status of your paper. It is just fine for the
conference. Thanks for all your hard work -- your paper came a long
way! I wish you the best of luck and much fun at PLoP; I wish I could
be there with you.
