PLoP 2006 Shepherded Papers

Notes on Paper 48:

Sorry for the delay, but I had communication problems with the author
of paper: Patterns for Documenting Frameworks - Part III. In the last 2 weeks
Ademar is on vacation and with limited access to email.

I strongly recommend this paper for PLoP. The 2 patterns are part of a
pattern language with 9 patterns, 4 of which were already published in
EuroPLoP and VikingPLoP (they are promising to write the last 3 ones
for SugarLoafPLoP :-)

I had less interactions with the authors than I thought initially, but
they were very productive, and the patterns are in a good shape now
(they will be improved even more until the deadline for the workshop)

Ademar could not send me the last version, because he had problems with
sending files where he is now, but he is trying to send it in the next
few days. I'll send you the paper as soon as I receive it.

If you want, I can send the previous version.

Sincerely,

Rosana

I agree that paper #048 is ready to be workshopped. The authors sent
a brief overview of the pattern language along with the paper, but the
latest version of the paper does NOT include that overview. i
suggested that they include it, because the authors will get much
better feedback if readers have a good idea of the whole language.

Joe, I have the version from a week or so ago. The authors need to
send a newer version, but this one is probably good enough for
committee members to read.

Accept. Part of bigger work. Paper looks ready for workshop as is.
