PLoP 2005 Registration

Note: Early registration is strongly encouraged for
better room arrangements and conference service.
If you register for the conference, within a week
you will receive a confirmation email and your name will be listed
in the Attendee list page . If you don't see your name in
the list, please contact padamczy@uiuc.edu.

Everyone who plans to attend PLoP has to register.
This includes authors, non-authors, students, staff, conference organizers
and volunteers. We strongly encourage early registration.

The fee includes:
- Conference Cost
- Official PLoP 2005 T-shirt and CD containing PLoP patterns
(1994-2005)
- Room (Sept 7th through Sept 10th -- Wednesday night, Thursday
night, Friday night)
- Meals (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner), snacks and beverages
- Transportation to/from Willard
Airport (CMI) in Savoy, IL
We'll also accept registrations without room at the Allerton House.
Attendees registering this way will have to find their own accommodation
and transportation. The
Best Western motel in Monticello is probably the closest place
for lodging. Another hotel is Foster
Inn. Check also the Champaign-Urbana Hotel
Information for more options. In this case the fee ($800 US or
$400 US for full-time students) includes everything from above except
room.
Attendees should plan to arrive in the evening of Wednesday, September
7th, and depart in the afternoon of
Saturday, September 10th. The traditional Papa Dell's Pizza
arrival reception will be held Wednesday evening at 6pm. The
conference will conclude around 2pm on Saturday. More
detailed scheduled will be provided later."
Guests
who want to stay before or after the conference will be charged
individually for lodging and any meals you choose to take. If
you plan to stay before or after the conference you need to contact Paul
Adamczyk.
Registration fees will be processed upon receipt.
Cancellations may be made up until the 22th August 2005. There is
$75 cancellation fee. Refunds will be made within four weeks of
the end of the conference. There is no refund for cancellations
after the 22th August 2005.
At any time you may transfer your registration to another person.
To do this, email a confirmation note authorizing the person to attend
in your place. Both parties will be contacted via email or phone to
verify transfer of registration.
"No-shows" are not refundable and are liable for the full registration
fee. If you can’t attend, and it is past the refund date, then
consider transferring your registration to another person.
